Slap your 3,000 Euro deposits down boys and girls, just be prepared for a bit of a wait.

      Hi,

ok first of not really familiar with the area or average prices.
Compared to a few of their other projects the prices don’t see too bad (by comparison)?

Also is/was polaris world in financial difficulty and is/were paying of the banks with land and properties?

Well I think the deposit money from those beach front apartments is probably going to be paying a few people 😉 .

If anyone feels tempted remember that the directors that jumped ship from Parador leaving many dissapointed customers are now heavily involved with polaris world. 👿 😈

although i won’t disagree, I would think they would have have taken this into account considering the Coastal authorities recent zeal.

MAybe that requires a bit too much common sense, but we can live in hope.

maybe, but at the end of the day regardless if their were brown envelopes or not planning permissions would be revoked by the coastal authority

Why would one go into the waters, when knows that the water is shark infested. Try the water in your bathtub.
