If required, apologies re. last night – laggen is absolutely right, just a bit of Saturday night fun on my part and absolutely nothing personal meant by my bit of late-night nonsense 😀
Was hoping you were realising it was exactly that, a bit of fun – and by your perseverance it seems you did (thank goodness…..).

You will need a little sense of humour at times on this forum, especially recently 😉

As laggen says, this forum (in my opinion) is one of the best around on property issues, and there are many members in your area of interest – so do expect you will get any questions you have answered, general and legal. The ‘Search’ button at the top of the page can also be useful.

Being from Devon myself, from one Westcountry member to another – welcome to the forum 😀

laggen – forget ouzo – here they drink raki, which makes ouzo seem like orange juice. The local stuff here is about 98% proof – go to the local place in the village and they will fill your empty 1.5 litre water bottle from a wooden barrel for 2.5 euros – strictly for suicide candidates only.
