my husband and i have just bought a small one bed duplex for 63 thousand euro it is 15 mins walk from playa ingles and 40min walk to maspalomas there is a small amount of work to do to the property we have to lay a small tiled patio at the front and put a fence up we would also like to give the place freshened up with a coat of paint could anyone give us an idea of what this may cost. we intend to purchase some new furniture from ikea does any one know if they deliver. the months community charge is £95 euro including water there is no reception but there is a pool bar the duplex looks onto the swimming pool. Not quite sure yet how we get our bins emptied or how we will get rid of the old furniture.

we are not sure if we did get a bargain with this property we kind of rushed into in as it was the best property out of all the lower priced properties that we viewed.
