hi does junta have final say on building licence?if town hall agrees building licence, do you need final say from junta? 😆

Town Halls are empowered urbanistically to grant Licences.

Albeit If the B. Licence granted is flawed and goes against urban planning, then the Junta de Andalucía lawyers may stop the construction through litigation. This can go on for many years.

The Junta may and can overrule the B.L.’s isued by the Town Halls.

In fact, with a new law just passed in Andalucía, they can even remove all urban planning empowerment from Town Halls, and believe me they were thinking of Marbella when that Law was drafted.
