Hi! I am a Spanish Master on EU student in Maastricht and I am at this moment dealing with a research paper about the application of Article 1 of Protocol nº1 of the ECHR to the cases of “expropiation” regarding the application of Coastal Law 1988.

I would like to know if there has been any particular case which has been brought against national courts, I know that it has been used the Committee of Petitions to the EP and that several town halls have brought actions againt the orders of demarcation of the Environment Ministry, but I should focus my study in the protection of the right to property of an individual through judicial mechanisms that’s why I need to know if there has been already any case pending before national courts.
