      what happens if 3 people own a spanish property jointly and 2 want to sell but the3rd doesnt?

      can a sale be forced?

      Yes, you can force the sale.

      First you have to prove that the property CANNOT be split fairly (3 ways). Long, expensive court proceedings.

      If you win, you can then force the sale by public auction.

      Trying to sell it will be the near on impossible part!
