It reiterates what all of us know – that there are excellent agents, lawyers and banks in Spain if one choses well….which is the difficult bit!
If you are so satisfied with the services provided by your lawyer, perhaps it is worth letting Mark know (administrator of the forum) to add to his list of recommended ones in your area – if your lawyer is not already on it!

The Spanish crash is at the beggining, I think anybody can wait for a couple of years to get a bargain.
I know Maurice Hamlin and his wife – they are very good people who will help you long after your sale goes through and used to help run the Gandia Area Social Club (not so sure if they still do). However they do a lot more than just sell houses and if you need any information then Maurice will be able to put you in touch with all the right people.
If you speak to him tell him Vince says hi (Vals son) – he went to see my Nan in hospital – because she couldn’t speak Spanish and she was scared – he and his wife Jay were there every day for an hour in between my parents my sister and myself. The pair are absolutely wonderful people – you have truly met one of the few true gentlefolk in this area
