Ist Spanish Mortgage Advice?

      Does anyone know anything about a company called Ist Spanish Mortgage Advice (spanishmortgageadvice.com) based in Motril? There is no response from their telephone numbers and an email is just followed up with an automated reply. There was a ‘broker’ there called Robert Smith. Has this company gone the way of many others?

      I would be wary about taking recommendations from anyone that has only one post on the board,it may well be true but I would prefer someone that is a regular on here or well respected poster.
