      (for where it is)

      http://www.idealista.com/pro/p00001762/inmueble/25454318/

Not really my neck of the woods but it caught my eye (it’s being marketed by an auction site, so you’d need to fork up the cash to buy it)

help if there were photos. wonder what state its in.

But going by the map, if its one of those villas, its could be right onto of the motorway.
Price for the sqm seems interesting.
nice green areas nearby, seems to be quite a suburban area. have to travel by car for shops, etc…

on the metres it seems interesting.

@mgspain: Great minds. I cannot take this seriously as there is no photo of the toilets & as such in my opnion this is a scam.

. Soto grande is divided into two the north of N340 & the South. I have great interest in Coto Sotogrande as it was owned by friends family. They were from Basque Country & now live in Seville as the majority of Senoritos do.

I do not trust the price. I feel this is come on, a two bedroom apartment cost more than the price stated. Soto Grande has some lovely properties akin to California with wide palm tree lines streets. It is very snobbish and outside July/August it is dead & very sad place to be. Ideal if you have some not very kosher money in Gibralter & need to visit your friends with Armani suits open chested shirts with gold chains competing with Mr T.

I have noticed the agent advertising many properties at what appear exceedingly cheap prices, but none with photos. I’ve kept an eye on them, partly because their web site also appears to be a bit of a hack (http://www.spanishrealestateauctions.es/) so I wondered if they’d do a runner and disappear with other people’s money, but they’ve been around a few years now so maybe they are kosher.

The website is not very professional. To have offices in Calle Valaquez one expects some kind of formal set up.

They could do the runner with the charges for enlisting the property for auction. The rest is all done between the seller & the buyer.

Where there’s a will there’s a way 😉 They could take “deposits”, etc in order to take the property off the market, then say there’s a delay in the paperwork, and once they’ve got enough deposits together catch the next flight to Cabo Verde or wherever 🙂 🙂 :).

However I reckon their approach might be along the lines of “hey the properties we’re marketing are so cheap that there’s no point in going round taking photos, paying for a professional website, etc, let the price do the marketing!”

Agree with you. One would be very very neive to habd any money to anybody else besides the Vendor & that is only in tne Notary office.
