Is there any way to exit polaris contract

      Can anyone help or has anyone had a simular experience? singed PW contract july 2006 property nearly ready, paid first 2 instalments, no guarantee’s issued (have requested), now cant afford a mortgage (job related).
      Is there anyway of getting anything back or just got to walk away or is that not as easy as it sounds either ? Help !!! 🙁

      May be a bit late now, but is build within contract timescale and if so do you have any working children?
