Is the civil war in Syria damaging turkeys property market? I suspect that with the conflict in Syria getting worse and refugees fleeing the country to go to neighbouring Lebanon, Jordan and Turkey that this simmering conflict may well spread to Turkey with Turkey recently stationing Patriot missile defence system along its border with Syria. This conflict will deter people from wanting to buy property in Turkey and together with the ongoing bomb explosions and sectarian and secessionist in Iraq means that Turkey may not be as an attractive a place to buy a property as some had previously thought.
