Is E85,000 reasonable value for a two bed in Todays market ?

      We are thinking of buying a nice two bed apartment in Torrelamata for E85 k.
      Its a fairly nice complex with pool about 10 mins walk from beach.

      £85K is a lot of money in todays market for a 2 bed flat. Wait 12 months and that sum will get you a villa.
