Does anyone know the practical details of applying for residency once you have the investor visa?  I know it needs to be done in person in Spain but where exactly does one need to go to submit the application?  What documents need to be supplied?  Can someone else pick up the residency permits on you behalf once they’re ready?  Etc.

If anyone can point me to some information on this, I’d appreciate it; I couldn’t find any specifics online so far.
