In your earlier posts you indicated that you were going to produce an investment briefing for Murcia and were going to take a closer look at the Polaris World developments.

We are considering investing in PW and would appreciate informed and objective advice about the area in general and PWin particular.

Yes, I do plan to produce a report on Murcia and of course that would include a look at Polaris World given the importance of the project to that area. However I can’t make any promises as to when it will be ready though I can say that it should be in the next 6 months. Polaris World are marketing themselves very heavily in the UK, far more it seems than any other developer; full page adverts in national newspapers and a TV promotion fronted by Jack Nicklaus.

Do you know if there is a similar marketing drive in Austria and the rest of Europe?

What makes Polaris World stand out from the rest of the crowd for you?

In earlier posts Mark has cautioned against off plan purchase for quick financial gain. Have you purchased for investment/rental/permanent residence/combination of these?

I am very interested in the non Brit perspective.
