Inheritance tax relating to Spanish property

    As UK residents what is the situation regarding inheritance tax on Spanish owned property between a husband and wife?
    Or between parents and children?
    Should both parents and childrens names be on the title deeds of the Spanish property for inheritance tax efficiency?
    If children are named on Spanish title deeds can this have any impact on them back in the UK, eg when they would seek a mortgage in their own names?
