      Dear Raymundo

      My wife and I own a property worth approx. e 130,000 in Estepona

      Are we correct in thinking that the new tax rules mean our IHT would be almost nil. We have made a Spanish will where our daughter (31yrs) is the beneficiary and we need to add our son to this.

      What is meant by Pre existing wealth ? Does this mean the existing wealth of beneficiaries or us.
