I got a proposal from an Agent to buy a house in the Urbanization of Casablanca in Torremuelle-Benalmadena Pueblo.

Is anybody living there and can give me some hits or tips about it, ?
like:
Are you happy so far?
Is there anything that I should ask before to sign the escritura?

Hi,

If there are people living there, why not go and talk to them?

Surely even if you have to take time off work and pay travel expensives it is better to find out any potential problems now rather than later, so could save you a big lawyers bill later!
