My husband and I are investigating the cost of moving to Spain. We are both on UK retirement pensions, my husband gets a university pension and we both get minute pensions from Denmark, where we lived a few years. I also run a small glass art business but that doesn’t bring in much more thna pin money. We are trying to piece together if we can afford to move to Spain, but it is very confusing. I have seen income tax allowances quoted as anything from 6000 od euros and down to just a couple of thousand. As we will basically be on a fixed income it could make a lot of difference. We would be grateful for any information.
