In which stage are sellers in Spain?

      Did they finish the denial stage, are they mainly in acceptance period, did any area reach the capitulation area?

      Have there been any big pricecuts, at least in overbuilt areas like Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol?

      Most are still in denial (all of them except those that have been repossessed). The overall process will still take a long time to unravel.
