In this flat market we have sold our property for a reduced price in order to move on. We are now looking for someone who is prepared to follow the same strategy and take an offer for a quick sale.
We are looking for a property in a southern costal town, with a minimum 2 bedrooms (ideally 3) and 2 bathrooms, a terrace and ideally winter friendy extras like open fire, heating etc. A shared pool would be ideal.
If anyone has such a property and wants to send me details we would be pleased to hear from you.

The truth is we are really very open minded about it. Previously we have been on the Costa Blanca and feel we would like to discover new areas in the future. So anywhere west of Murcia province would be of interest except central Costa del Sol.
Thanks for the advice and I know my reply is vague but we have no strong feelings against any other area.

A friend of mine sells a recently refurbished two bedroom bungalow in Javea in a luxury well known, well finished high standing development.
It has air conditioning by internal conducts, fully equipped kitchen, a small plot of garden, around half the population spanish, the other half british, french and german.
The development also has an enormous community swimming pool, community gardens and social center, 24 hours reception-security, and several tennis and squash cours.
He is asking 195000 Euros.

We are selling a 3 bedroom apartment in Palomares, near Mojacar on the
lovely unspoilt Almerian coast. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 1 en-suite,
very large Lounge / diner and Kitchen and a fantastic 55m sq solarium and use of communal pool, With underground parking (the
building is only 2 storey). The property is excellently constructed, and
due for completion in August. 1000 metres from a natural beach and within
the small Spanish village of Palomares which has all the amenities.
Unfortunately due to recent personal circumstances we are reluctantly
forced to sell, and therefore are offering the property at a bargain. -

Good luck with the move to the Costa Del Sol. I don’t know if you have had any luck in sourcing a property down there. I’ve only just joined up to the forum so I’m probably a bit late with my reply.
I have a 2 bed 2 bath appt on the new golden mile (Near La Resina Golf) Estepona 6 mins drive, Puerto Banus 9 mins drive. Views over olive grove to sea and Gib in the distance. I’m seriously thinking about selling due to unfortunate circumstances at Home in the UK.

Sounds to me like you have just read the details straight off an agents sheet…..ever tried to get from ‘the new golden mile 🙄 ‘ to Banus in 9 mins? -

If you are able to wait for a couple of months, we have an apartment within walking distance of Pueto Duquesa Marina which will complete in Aug 07. The apartment is in a gated development, phase 1. It is 97 sqm (970 sq ft) built area with everything (fully fitted kitchen, hot/cold A/C, marble flooring, etc.etc.) built in. Totally complete to move in and brand new with developers built guarantee. There is also communal pools, gardens, commercial centre, restaurants.
We are asking for 215,000 Euros for this which is very good value for the area. We are looking for a quick sale . 😀
