In this flat market we have sold our property for a reduced price in order to move on. We are now looking for someone who is prepared to follow the same strategy and take an offer for a quick sale.
We are looking for a property in a southern costal town, with a minimum 2 bedrooms (ideally 3) and 2 bathrooms, a terrace and ideally winter friendy extras like open fire, heating etc. A shared pool would be ideal.
If anyone has such a property and wants to send me details we would be pleased to hear from you.
For the best results, I suggest you provide more guidance as to where you want to buy. Do you have any coastal towns in mind? At the very least, which provinces would you consider?
The truth is we are really very open minded about it. Previously we have been on the Costa Blanca and feel we would like to discover new areas in the future. So anywhere west of Murcia province would be of interest except central Costa del Sol.

It has air conditioning by internal conducts, fully equipped kitchen, a small plot of garden, around half the population spanish, the other half british, french and german.

Sounds to me like you have just read the details straight off an agents sheet…..ever tried to get from ‘the new golden mile 🙄 ‘ to Banus in 9 mins?
Inez, Will all this be solved with the new San Pedro bypass ? I dont have the plans or seen them. However some works being done near the San Pedro bus station but whwere it is leading to. Perhaps you can shed some light on it.
