      Anyone out there with the unpleasant experience of owning ‘illegal’ property?

      The license for the building in which I own an apartment in northern Catalona has been decreed illegal. My apartment block must be demolished. It has been ruled that the The Town Hall is responsible for all damages. There is no possibility of appeal.

      Anyone else been in this awful situation?

      How long does the process take?
      How long before my home is flattened?
      How much notice will I be given?

      Any info, personal experience greatfully received
