hi all ihave so much info now of this site , i now feel a bite more in control ..but yes im still waiting for building licence they now say dec, well i spoke to my lawyer to day and he said if you get fed up dont worry he will give resavation back to me …. as in never gave it to agents as i did not trust them so may be advice to people hand over resavation fee to a inderpentant lawyer and dont sign anything untill every thing is in order if i had not found this sight i would of fallen in to the spanish property developers hands….but who knows i still might.. as ihave found no info on developer but it is not a coastal site its a developement in land near granada but time will tell and no im not buying to sell im buying to keep and hopfully injoy in 2007 or 2008 oh well when ever ……… 🙄 bun
