‘If you’re a serious investor and you’re looking to earn some really really good property investment profits.’
‘The Spanish banks learned their lessons years ago,and they really really have their act together and are now ready to help you buy that Spanish dream.’
‘and let’s start making you some money’
How irresponsible is this? The sharks are returning. Buyers beware.

Psychoanalysts say that nervously touching your face when speaking is a sign you’re lying, as with rapid blinking.
Before he begins he does one (= I’m about to tell a lie!)
He does it again after he says: “…we can now see all the signs that the European recession is pretty much over and we are going to climb out of it very quickly…”
The guy knows he’s talking bull.
The hand on the tummy with the deep sigh when he talked about the Spanish banks is what my nephew used to do as a sure sign he was telling porkies. 😆
The frightening thing is this guy’s sales pitch is all about making money/profit. If anyone falls for his bull, we all know who will be the only one making money.
Yes the sharks are returning to dupe yet more unwary Brits. Plenty of those in Spain with a vested interest in lining their pockets with fat commissions at the expense of their clients, as well as having ‘the largest and glossiest agencies and property brochures’ in Spain and all paid for by the overcharged clients!!!
Not forgetting some websites which are commercially biased! 😉
Now’s not the right time for Brits to buy in Spain (a) because an oversupply of property will keep prices depressed and these may fall further. (b) because of Sterlings 30% fall against the euro (which may reverse) (c) Spain’s prohibitive completion costs. (d) Often high agents’ commission which the buyer pays.
That’s the positive news for buyers to consider.! 😉
Putting to one side Angies tirade, jeeze I get it, but on every single thread!
This clip, is just unbelievable, it just beggars belief, I watched it with my jaw dropped at the very notion. I thought I had seen it all, but I suppose you never have. It is just appalling.
But at least I can rest assured that am going to hear the same thing from Angie yet again! Mind you, I have to say, if it steers people away from this kind of thing, then keep on trucking it out there Angie it is much needed.
