I bought 2 beach side first line apartments off-plan in Playa d’en Bossa in 2007 and I am hoping to take delivery of them during this year.
The 2 developments in which I bought are Ibiza Royal Beach and Bossa Del Mar and they were roughly EUR 450K each.

Since market information about Ibiza is a bit thin spread in the property insight bulletins, I was hoping if someone could tell me if these properties have lost their value since I bought them as have many other properties in Spain.

With all of the bad news coming from the mainland and also Mallorca I am very worried about the value of my properties when I take delivery of them later this year… 😯
