my husband and I jointly own property in Ibiza valued approx. €800000.. My husband has been taken into nursing home. We each have Spanish will leaving each other’s half to each other and thereafter to our daughter. If anything happens to my husband will there be a tax implication on myself or would it be better to pass the house to our daughter now and what would the tax implications be.
