Our Off Plan apartment has been ready since October 2005 but Iberdrola has not yet signed off the electricity supply. They almost did…..then 2 weeks ago the Pylon collapsed into a ravine after heavy rain and the developers now need to re-site it!!
Does anyone know how to contact Iberdrola to find out when they will resume their inspections? I have managed to speak to them on one occasion through their call centre, an extremely helpful man found the details of the very small village we are buying in and tried to chase it up. I have been unable to contact him again and he wasn’t allowed to call me back as I am in the UK.
The developers say they have no influence with Iberdrola and do not know when they will come, (not even if it will be this millenium!)
Last year we were full of hope of occupying our property, now we wait and wait, even though completion should have been June 2005.
