      I have a townhouse in Fernandina Beach Florida that I would like to trade for a house in Spain.

      Man, there is about a zero percent chance that you can make this happen. Extremely complex transaction because it’s happening across two nations. The reality is that you’re probably better off selling in the US and bringing the money to Spain and finding something you like, because right now you not only need to find something you like BUT you also have to find someone who wants a townhouse in Florida.
