If you don’t know how to find the m2 price, or at least come to some kind of judgement after reading Fotocasa and other websites that give it then I really do despair for your ‘profession’ in Spain.

caqn anyone give a guide at what price similar type properties have sold for? is approximately 2600 per square metre the norm for second/third line properties in that area of Benidorm? Also does anyone know if there is any sort of market for this sort of property and if so at what price?
