I have a house in Alicante, well a 2bed apartment in san juan to be exact. I have been trying to sell for 18 months now and cant seem to get any offers evn after dropping the price. I sold my flat in bulgaria using a company called appreciating assets but that took 4 months to sell. Are there other companies that are cheap and can sell the flats quicker?
Please let me know, btw I have tried a lot of places already.

Is this post marketing SPAM. It’s virtually impossible to sell a property in Bulgaria!

Quite simply despite having reduced the price you are still asking too much for the property. That is why it is not selling.

If you are prepared to sell the place for what it is worth rather than what some estate agent has told you it is then you could try an auction such as: http://www.direct-auctions.com

Bottom line is that, in order to sell quickly, you won’t be happy with the price you get. Best estimates are that this market still has some way to fall so you’ll lose less by selling now than in a year or two.

I had an apartment in Bulgaria and it sold and got slightly over what we paid for it – that was end 2008 – it was frontline and good quality build and good area. I’d say its more like it’s virtually impossible to sell property in Spain right now!

Very true, there are people buying in Spain but not many and those that are will want a bargain, it needs to be priced right to sell
