I think I answered you in another posting. Is this the property inland from Elche?
A lot really depends on how much you are willing to spend. There are many free sites out there but most of them are comletely useless. You could try segundamano.es who also have a printed paper. Friday freeads in the UK is also a good one. But a lot depends ont heprice of the property and the area.
If it is below €200,000 then you could try exchange and mart, Loot.com daltons weekly and London Evening Standard if it is more then you need to appeal to a specific audience
Try Golf courses in UK. ask if you can put up a notice on their notice board. Send out letters or emails with details of your property to the golf courses in the UK. Try and associate it with the fact you can play almost all year round will have a great holiday home for the family with excellent facilities (assuming of course it is true)
Also dont forget other markets who love golf, The Americans are dotty and willingly pay lots of money to be on a golf course. Thereofre try and advert in USA today for example – it isnt cheap (about $300 for a one off ad of 4 lines) but you have potentially 5 Million readers and the USA today isnt saturated with adverts.
You could also try websites that specialise in golf properties – such as viviun.com – they charge $20 per month but you get high quality replies if the property is high quality.
And also try advertising in golf magazines. I am not a golfer myself but thats where I imagine most golfers go to read about their sport.
And all this without even starting on traditional methods of selling your property. It isnt difficult to sell property so long as the price offers excellent value (that doesnt mean cheap – you can be the most expensive flat on the block and still get more if you make yours the one everyone wants)
And therein lies the key. How do you make your property the one everyone wants when they are all built the same? There are ways and means which are a little too involved to go into here but if you are interested then drop me a line and I can give you a orugh outline of firstly making your property stand out, then how and where to market your property.
Also if anyone needs any help in crafting words for adverts then drop me a line also.
