How to claim back the 3% Retention Tax

Hi i am a new poster,and this topic has proberly been covered.We have just sold our appt in Mallorca bought 4.5 Years ago for 155800 euro plus iva just sold for 14000 euro so no capital gain how do we get the 4200 retention back ?

14,000 Euros? Wish I’d known. I would have bought it. But I guess you mean 140,000 Euros.
