My father whilst living in spain put some money down on some apartments to be built….my father has just won his court case against one of the leading banks in spain as the properties were never started.. the 30 days is now up and my father has won all his money back off the bank as well as many others…my father has is now living back in uk he has phoned the company that won his case today and they’ve told him it will take two months to get his money due to administration….is this true???
