Sweden has got a double taxation agreement with Spain that lets Sweden tax all income for the first three years of residence in Spain. This is bad because of two reasons.

1. Sweden has the highest income tax in the world.
2. If I buy and sell a spanish property before I make a spanish tax return (4 years?) I pay very high property gain tax in Spain.

I will move with my family to work and become a resident in Spain.

Any suggestions?
