I’ve noticed several websites in the UK where people can swap their homes with or without cash adjustments, with others in the UK and abroad.
With so many properties for sale in Spain, are there similar websites for home swaps, and if not, would this be an idea as it could also save a lot on fees, property prices could be shown without agents’ fees included making them more attractive on price maybe? 🙄
If this was feasible, would house swaps still involve same stamp duty rates etc bearing in mind in some cases ie straight swaps, no money would change hands? 🙄

Whether or not money changes hands, you would still have to give a price for the properties. As I understand both parties would be paying purchase costs (transfer tax, etc….)
