There’s an article in today’s Times ‘House party that won’t stop’ about the property market in Ibiza.

Just in case anyone spotted it, I am quoted in it as a salesman for a developer, which is a mistake.

I don’t want people thinking that I am a salesman for a developer.

Along with running this website I work as a sales and marketing consultant with various different clients in Spain, mainly in the real estate sector.

As a consultant I’ve helped a developer with a project in Ibiza do a strategy and marketing plan, but I’m not their salesman or a member of their staff. I went along on the press trip, and this journalist got my role confused.

Quite annoying, but there you go.

Mark, of course we know you’re not a property salesman, we keep seeing you on beaches around the Med selling sun tan lotion and renting deckchairs out, your major source of income! 😆

I can’t imagine the property market in the Balearics has suffered anything like that on the mainland of Spain, smaller and more niche 8)

The subtitle is Ibiza has been spared the worst of Spain’s property woes.
