ParticipantHi Antony
You dont get many apartments with a pool.
You will get a communal pool in the complex.
I hope you find one for that price, but think you may have to break into your piggy bank for some more dosh for the apartment.
Apartments in the area where I live Costa blanca South are at least 70000€.
I did see one cheaper about 3 months ago but it was previously a bomb site and would need 40000€ to make it habitablecheers

He did not mention that he wants apartments in Costa Blamca South, but I guess £50K cash can take one very far there…

ParticipantTut Tut ,,dummy spitting out.
I was only mentioning Costa Blanca South as I live there, that is the only reason. You have far too much time to thinkThe property you suggested is not 50000 either, but 59000€.
I have been in communication with the proposed buyer and there was not a problem as far as I was aware, obviously you know more..pray tell

ParticipantWell, there is a (small) difference between pounds and euros, also the 59K is the asking price. I’d have thought that an agent like yourself would be aware that property doesn’t always sell for asking price
And while we’re at it. This forum is for private sales, is the property you listed your own? (no need to answer though ) 😆
