Hi there, I rent a property in altea alicante, I have spoken to my landlord and he has given me permission to rent this property out as a holiday let via airbnb. Im not sure what the law situation is on this.. can I rent out a property that is not mine? who has to register it as a holiday let,me or the landlord? Also does anyone know of any law/accounting firms that deal with this in costablanca..

I know that in Andalusia you have to be the owner to rent out to tourists, but I’m not sure what the deal is in the Valencian Region. I’ll ask. In the meantime you can find the regulations in Valencia at the following page (regulations in Spanish).
