As a campo resident near Casares in Andalucia, I’ve no option other than to sign with Iberbanda for my adsl/landline connections, and I’ve experienced a number of problems which still remain unresolved.
Has anyone had any experience with the company regarding their service, and does Iberbanda have a technical dept which deals with I.T enquiries. So far I’ve only had ‘Sales’ people get in touch, and they themselves have acknowleged they can’t help me despite my requests for technical assistance???? Any suggestions people?

I’m not going to bash all “companies” in Spain but they are way behind on several things. Service, cost and they are usually way behind technology wise.

Have you been able to communicate with the companys service department in spanish? Most of these companies also have a smaller department for english speaking customers so you could always try and ask for that. Things usually take times.
