Had an email today from someone selling half price Spanish property which calls itself Cam International, apparently an Investment Bank.
Are they well known and honest, does this seem genuine or is this one of those potential mis-selling pitfalls? 🙄
CAM is a bank, that was quite generous giving mortgages in the past.
But i know that several people used trading names like CAM reposessions or CAM internaitonal property (for example) to give the impression that they were the legitimate real estate arm of CAM bank.
I would contact CAM bank direct. Or go to their website, i would assume there would be a link directly to the property page.
Just to rub more salt into the wound so to speak, Atlas International are back again on C4 advertising Spanish, Turkish, Bulagarian, Egyptian and Uncle Tom Cobley property stating that ‘there’s never been a better time to buy’.
What are they like, they’re behaving like the bad ol days again it seems, hopefully though and due to sites like this, more people are wised up to this sort of spiel.
There are several responsible agents who now post regularly on here, speak to them first 😉
Have just found out too that Cam Bank also plugging so called cheap Spanish property has a division called Mediterranean Cam International who are also part of the UK Sequence Estate Agent Group which consists of loads of UK Agents such as Fox and Sons, Allen and Harris and many more.
So now we have it, the large UK chains of agents are back plugging Spanish and other overseas property as they did before during the boom. All about commissions and naive purchasers.
We put Your Move right on their tie-in with Ocean Estates who Your Move, to their credit, promptly dumped as overseas partner.
