Grupo Mirador – group action started

      Over 100 clients have started legal action against the Grupo Mirador real estate company in Málaga.

      The administrators of Mirador, Enrique and Leopoldo Faura are charged in the case, as is Jesús Gotardo from Las Palmeras Properties who acted as a sales agent.

      It’s a joke isn’t it. The judge simply considered Mirador’s behaviour had ‘only been impulsive’, so just gave the company a warning. Therefore stuff the fact that many purchasers had paid their good money and have received nothing.

      A good example of the contempt some Spanish judges show to the buying public in these court cases.

      The criminal fraud case against Palmera Properties, Grupo Mirador and other related companies and the directors thereof should be filed at the court in Fuengirola tomorrow.

      GUESS WHAT ❓ They are going to appeal

      Look at http://www.costa-reaction.com site – seems like the integrity of some of those involved in running this action group is questionable.

      Thank goodness we steered our friends from getting involved! They thought their case would be safe in the hand of a British lawyer!

      Hmmm, wonder who is behind this site. Sounds like one of the many questionable financial advisors who are operating on the coast!
      I don’t know about the people involved in running of costa action group or their finances. What I do know that many people have had some good advice and help from them. I do know many people personally who have been ripped off big time by these financial “advisors” and many who have been prevented from losing money by reading the costa action website.

      The website article was professionally written, doesn´t sound like a sour grape attack by an angry ex-member.

      I think it is fairly obvious who is behind the spoof site. For anyone contemplating investing with these companies on the coast or taking out an equity relaease scheme its worth a read.
