If i have a group of people who have been taken for a ride by a Spanish Estate Agent can anyone recommend a good lawyer?

I would at least recommend going local but local as in the biggest city where the matter has occurred. If the matter happened in Benidorm, I would go to Alicante.

To go local !!!!. I think it is not a good idea as the people involved, Lawyers, Judges, Builders, etc, etc have their contacts & one would be struggling to get a fair trail. Please corect me if I am wrong.

When I say local, I mean don’t get a lawyer from Madrid for a Benalmadena issue. I don’t mean local as the nearest possible place where the matter has occurred as I well understand the interconnections between local government, developers and local businesses, that’s why I said to go to the nearest large city as there is very little possibility of these connections.

Marjal. The network of these people spreads to the nearest regions, captal cities etc. Thanks to the wonderful road net work paid by the EU

So give us some constructive advice Shakeel. Its very easy to just be negative when in actual fact people are asking for advice not opinion. And by the way, Galicia is equally beautiful in Winter and Autumn (especially Autumn). Are you trying to say its cold there in the months.
