The promoter of one of the homes now to come down in Rio Real, is José Avila Rojas from Granada, who is facing charges in the Malaya case. The second property is in San Pedro and was built by Prosavi.
Meanwhile the instruction judge in the Malaya case, Oscar Pérez,
