      To follow on from our previous post, We bought from Eralia Developers at Santa Maria Golf – they are also involved with Los Patios on same site.
      Now building La Hacienda development (due for completion next Sept.) in Benhavis.
      Anyone involved with purchasing with Eralia are welcome to get in touch.

      sorry – meant to say Los lagos, not Los Patios.
      So is there anyone else out there who like us paid Eralia 30% (130.000 euros) for an off-plan appartment in the upper block of Green Hills, Santa Maria Golf, and now they havn’t been built, nor will they be) – we can’t have our money back until next year in Sept. because of the date on the Bnk Guarantee.
