      Court freezes 2 accounts of Aifos to force them to pay back a deposit on a development which has never had planning permission applied for.

      Well spotted Dorothy – at last a great ruling by a judge. Let’s hope this sensible decision is one of many to come.
      I wonder if Aifos is going to ‘automatically’ appeal as seems to be the Spanish tradition.

      Wonderful how they, and others can locate 500.000 euros within hours to pay their guarantee in operation Malaya.

      thanks very much for pointing that out, so much evidence is stacking up against them, it’s hard to see how their defence team is ever taken seriously these days?
