this is great news for Marbella no so good for Banana Beach and the other 700 properties left out. I presume la reserva de marbella ,and elvira hills and others are now all approved. only taken 4 years of sweat and tears

Re. the ‘illegal properties’ left out of this new approved PGOU, it looks like the decision in each case lies in the hands of local judges. 🙄
