Hello.
All I can tell you is that all my clients seem to be very happy with the standard and finishing of their Peinsa properties. I have not had a single complaint about them, and this makes me think that maybe they are the only developers in this situation! Apart from that, they normally ask from some monies in cash, which does not sound good to me!
Golf Invest is just an agent, and I cannot tell you anything about them.

I am buying an apartment in Murcia and Golf Invest is the name on all the literature about the development. However they are only the promotional company and not the actual builders. I assume thats their role in other developments also. I visited the site recently and everything is on target and the build quality is good.
