Golf Course License

      Hi

      Could someone give me advice please we are purchasing an apartment on a new golf development,we have the building license but we have not seen the license for the golf course.Is this a separate license and could the golf course end up not being built.

      If you have not seen a licence then it may never happen. Go speak to the local council planning office for the real story.
