Golden visa… 500,000+ per person or 500,000+ per couple?

      Has anyone seen/heard of a couple buying a house in Spain for 500,000-999,000 euro and BOTH getting golden visas? I have read a few reports that couples are being told they EACH need to spend 500,000 euro to EACH get the golden visa.

      Andrew,

      The law is clear on this, I’m reliably informed by lawyers. One investor can get residency permits for a partner / spouse and dependents (children under 18yrs). I’m sure there are examples of this amongst the people who have already applied for and obtained “Spanish Golden Visas.” So for a husband and wife with kids you only need to invest €500,000 to get residency permits for all the family.
