I was in this area this week and saw several properties which owners claimed it was legal.  Is there a property register to which i can easily refer to make preliminary check before wasting time and money?

Hi Jono, well that puts egg on my face 😉

I think I wrote it back around 2007, and updated a few years later. My memory isn’t my strong point. I’d completely forgotten, but now it’s coming back to me. Yes, there is / was a problem there. So make sure you get a proper legal search before committing to anything.

Yes I intend to use an independent solicitor if I pursue the property in the Ginestar / Tivissa area.
