Can anyone recommed a reliable Gestoria in the Torreveija area who speaks good english. As near to Quesada as possible
I am in the process of buying out a friends share of an apartment, i have been told by my solicitor that i will need one to pay capital gains tax and the 5% purchase tax on the share i have bought( they tell me they do not deal with this) This has been a very frustrating process having now taken over 9 months to get to the stage of seeing a notary and working through a translator with my spanish solicitor(never again)
Better still does anyone hav e any suggestions of a good firm who deals with all tax details as i have owned the property for 18months now and have paid no tax at all. I have no wish to be arrested on my next trip to spain
